To qualify for the Lifetime Replacement Program, the parts you want to replace must have been purchased from Teskay after June 1, 2025 (“Qualifying Parts”).
There is no time limit for using this program—enjoy worry-free driving with your new parts!

2. start the lifetime replacement return process

If you need to replace your Qualifying Parts, the process is simple.
After placing your order for the replacement part, call or email our Customer Service Team at kay@teskay.com to begin your Lifetime Replacement return.
Our staff will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and step-by-step instructions on how to return your item.

3. send the parts back to us

Once you receive your replacement order:

Place the old Qualifying Parts in the same box the replacement arrived in.

Include the RMA form in the box.

Ship the box back to us.

If we receive items that are not Qualifying Parts (e.g., products not purchased from us, incorrect items, items purchased before 6/1/2025), they will be discarded and the return will not be processed.

4. receive your teskay rewards

After your return is received and processed, we will issue 1 Teskay Rewards Point for every $1 of the original purchase price of the Qualifying Parts (excluding taxes and shipping).
You’ll receive an email once your Teskay Rewards Points have been added to your account. These points can be used toward a future order.

5. what is not covered

Parts Not Ordered from Teskay

The Lifetime Replacement Program only applies to parts purchased directly from Teskay.
Returned parts are inspected to verify they match your original order.
Sending back anything other than the item originally purchased (such as OEM take-off parts) will be considered abuse and may disqualify you from the program.

 

Products in Tubes, Aerosol Cans, Single-Use Packets, or Fluids

The program covers hard parts, including performance items.
However, consumables such as:

Oils and fluids

Filters

Adhesives

Brake cleaner

Dielectric grease

Anti-seize

Fuel system cleaners
and similar items are not covered.

 

Other Excluded Items

The following items are excluded from the Lifetime Replacement Program:

Carbon ceramic rotors

Tires

Large pre-assembled components such as electric motors, drive units, or gear assemblies

These items typically come with their own manufacturer warranties. Please consult those manufacturers for assistance.
Products excluded from the program will be clearly noted on their respective product pages under the “Lifetime Replacement” tab.

6. abuse of the program

Misuse or Items on Vehicles You Sell

Customers who return:

Misused items

Incorrectly installed items

Modified items

Items replaced before failure or before they are fully used
will not be eligible for participation in the program.

Some returns—such as turbochargers or clutch kits—may require vendor inspection to verify failure.
Customers abusing the program or acting in bad faith may be disqualified at our discretion.
We aim to keep the program fair and accessible to all.

Non-Transferable

The Lifetime Replacement Program is non-transferable and can only be used by you, not by a future vehicle owner or anyone else.

1. Do I have to purchase a replacement first?

Yes. To start your Lifetime Replacement Program (LRP) return, you need to purchase the replacement item first.
Our customer service team can guide you through this process via chat or phone.

2. Can I return a Lifetime Replacement item I no longer need?

No. If you ordered a replacement through the LRP but later decide you don’t need it, it cannot be returned for a refund.
It can only be replaced under the Program.

3. How do I package my return?

Use the same packaging from your new replacement item to send the old item back.
To ensure safe transit, place the return in another box to protect it and maintain original packaging condition.

4. How do I send my old item back?

All returns must include the approved RMA form and be shipped to the return address listed on the form.
You may use any shipping method you prefer.

5. The item I need is no longer available. What do I do?

Sometimes parts get discontinued.
If the item is no longer available, please contact customer service before ordering a replacement.
We’ll try to find a similar replacement.
If no suitable alternative exists, we will issue Teskay Rewards Points so you can purchase another compatible option—but final decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

6. Are parts involved in car accidents covered?

No. Items damaged in a collision or accident are not covered under the program.

7. I ordered a kit, but only one component failed. What should I do?

You only need to reorder and return the single failed component, not the entire kit.
If unsure, contact our customer service team before ordering.

8. My item contains multiple parts (nuts, bolts, gaskets, etc.). Do I need to return everything?

Yes. You must return the same number of components that were shipped to you in the replacement order.
Failing to return all components may be considered abuse and could disqualify you from the program.

9. How does the Lifetime Replacement Program affect my product warranty?

The Program and your manufacturer’s product warranty are completely separate.
Neither affects or changes the other.

10. Can wholesale accounts participate in the Lifetime Replacement Program?

No. Wholesale accounts are not eligible for the Program.

11. What are the terms of using Teskay Rewards Points?

Rewards Points are valid for 2 years after issuance on Teskay.com

Points apply to purchase amounts before tax

Excludes gift cards, shipping & handling

Only one bulk redemption allowed per transaction

Points must be used at checkout

Points are non-transferable, not for resale, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refunds

Lost or stolen points cannot be replaced
