Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
During holidays or weekends, slight delays may occur.
For some tools with TESLA-branded labels, stickers may be placed inside the package by warehouse staff. If you don’t see the sticker, please contact Teskay customer service for assistance.
2. Shipping Costs
Free shipping worldwide for orders over $99 USD. (Our customer service may contact you to make up a small portion of the shipping cost for areas such as Puerto Rico islands)
Teskay ships via express services or special shipping lines. Average global delivery time is 10–15 days.
For custom items (e.g., wheels or steering wheels), shipping time will be confirmed by customer service.
3. Shipping Methods
Express Options: DHL, UPS, FedEx, YunExpress, YanWen
Standard Options: EMS, China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, Registered Mail

Teskay will choose the most suitable shipping method unless you specify otherwise.
If you have special requests, please leave a note with your order.
After checkout, you’ll receive an email confirming shipping method and tariff declaration value. Please whitelist kay@teskay.com emails.
Once shipped, tracking details will be updated on our website and sent via email.
4. Key Considerations
Duty-Free Channels
For certain EU countries (UK, France, Italy, Germany), we may use duty-free shipping channels. Declared values may be lower than the actual order total.
EMS for Specific Countries
For destinations such as Russia and Brazil, EMS is the default option.
If you prefer express shipping, please inform us — we will confirm availability via email.
Customs Duties
Customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Some countries require a tax ID for clearance:
