This product adds a powered soft-close function to the frunk latch area. It does not replace the need to keep hands, fingers, tools and other objects clear of the hood and latch whenever the frunk is closing.

After installation, always verify correct hood alignment, latch engagement and normal emergency/manual release operation before regular use. Professional installation is recommended if you are not experienced with Tesla trim, wiring and latch components.
