Will it block my forward view or the auto-dimming function?

No. The holder is sculpted to sit fully behind the mirror body and does not peek out into your forward sightline. It also does not cover the rear-facing light sensor or the auto-dimming element on the mirror face. Everything works exactly as it did from the factory.

Does it interfere with the sun visors?

Zero interference. The location behind the mirror allows both driver and passenger sun visors to be extended and rotated fully without touching the case. We validated clearance throughout the entire motion range during design.

Can it hold extra-thick frames or glasses with a case?

It easily accommodates thick acetate frames and oversized sports sunglasses. However, it is not designed to close around a separate rigid glasses case. Glasses are placed directly inside the flocked interior, which provides all the protection they need.

Will the clip scratch the original mirror plastic?

The clamp features soft, rubberized contact pads at every touch point. When installed and removed as directed, it leaves absolutely no marks, impressions, or scratches on the mirror housing.

Does it rattle when driving over rough pavement?

Not at all. The clip applies constant, even tension, and the ABS shell is inert. There is no loose hardware to vibrate, so you get complete silence from this accessory.
