1. 30-Day Return Period
From the date you receive the product, you have 30 days to request a return. To ensure a smooth process, please be sure to contact us and initiate the return procedure within this 30-day period.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:
The product must remain in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
3. Return Reasons and Related Fees
We handle two types of returns:
Quality Issues or Damaged Products:
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement, and we will cover all related costs.
Non-Quality Issue Returns (e.g., Personal Preference):
For returns initiated due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction with color or style), we will charge a 15% restocking fee, and the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including the return address and packaging guidelines.
- Please return the product according to the instructions provided. Please note that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Due to their nature, certain types of products are not eligible for return:
- For example, steering wheels and rims explicitly marked as customized products cannot be returned for non-quality issues.
- Including gift cards, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

6. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. The final posting time depends on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges:
To ensure you get the product you want as quickly as possible, we recommend that you return the current item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
