Left (LH)
The replacement upper cover for the vehicle's left exterior mirror.

Right (RH)
The replacement upper cover for the vehicle's right exterior mirror.

Determine the side while seated inside the vehicle and facing forward. On a left-hand-drive vehicle, LH is normally the driver side and RH is the passenger side.

Each order includes one painted mirror cap for the selected side and color. To replace both sides, order one Left (LH) and one Right (RH).

⚠️ Compatibility Notice

This product replaces the painted upper outer mirror cap only. It does not include the mirror glass, mirror motor, folding mechanism, mirror base, or lower mirror housing.

Before ordering, compare the outer profile, color, side, and retaining-tab layout with your existing mirror cap. If the underlying mirror carrier or retaining points are broken, those components may require repair before the replacement cap can be secured correctly.

Installation

1. Inspect the Existing Mirror
Confirm that the mirror glass, adjustment mechanism, folding function, and underlying housing are intact.

2. Check the Replacement Cap
Verify the selected side, paint color, shape, and retaining clips before installation.

3. Remove the Damaged Cap
Carefully release the original outer cap using an appropriate trim tool. Protect the mirror glass and surrounding painted surfaces.

4. Align the Replacement Shell
Match the retaining tabs with the mounting points on the mirror housing.

5. Secure the Cap
Press the shell evenly into position until the retaining points engage. Do not force it if the alignment is incorrect.

6. Check Mirror Operation
Confirm that the cap is securely seated and that the mirror adjusts and folds normally before driving.

⚠️ Installation Tips

Mirror cap replacement may require careful disassembly around the mirror glass and surrounding housing. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with automotive trim repair.

Do not force the retaining clips into place. Broken clips or incorrect alignment may prevent the cover from seating securely.
