Installation Self-Tapping Screws

1. Assemble the First Side

Lay the two matching sections for one side on a clean, protected surface and align their central connection points.

2. Join the Two Sections

Turn the aligned sections over and use the supplied short screws at the connection points to create one complete side skirt.

3. Repeat for the Opposite Side

Assemble the second pair in the same way before bringing either completed skirt to the vehicle.

4. Test-Fit Against the Rocker Panel

Hold each completed side skirt against the lower body and confirm the front and rear ends sit correctly near the corresponding wheel arches.

5. Secure to the Lower Plastic Panel

Once alignment is confirmed, drive the supplied self-tapping screws through the mounting points and into the vehicle's lower black plastic rocker panel.

6. Perform a Final Security Check

Confirm that all screws are properly seated, the center joins are secure and neither skirt can move independently before driving.

Drilling Into the Plastic Rocker Panel Is Required

This current product version is not a tape-only installation. The supplied self-tapping screws mechanically secure the side skirts through the lower black plastic rocker panel. Test-fit both sides carefully before making any holes.

Ground Clearance

The manufacturer lists an approximate ground-clearance reduction of only 0.5 cm (0.2 in), but extra care is still recommended around steep ramps, tall curbs and uneven surfaces.

Compatible with Mud Flaps

Current manufacturer guidance states that the skirts can be installed with compatible mud flaps. Slight positioning adjustment may be necessary to preserve clearance around the mud-flap mounting area.
