Easy Setup & Configuration

For Apple CarPlay:

Connect the adapter to the USB port.
Turn on your iPhone hotspot and pair via Bluetooth—look for "AutoKit_xxx."
Tap the Wi-Fi icon to confirm a stable connection. (Default network: AutoKit_xxx; password: 88888888)
Use the car screen to access the CarPlay browsing page via tescarplay.com (or customized domain) and start using CarPlay immediately.

For Wireless Android Auto:

Start the adapter (T2C) and wait about 40 seconds for it to power up the Wi-Fi network ("AutoKit_xxxx").
Connect your Android phone to the adapter’s Wi-Fi (default password: 88888888).
Select “use cellular network” if prompted, then open your browser and access 192.168.3.1.
Scroll to the footer for available OTA updates and click “Update” if necessary.

Note: In certain regions (e.g., Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia), use of the browser during driving may be restricted by Tesla’s settings—please review local guidelines.

Quality Issues or Damaged Products:

If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement, and we will cover all related costs.

Non-Quality Issue Returns (e.g., Personal Preference):

For returns initiated due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction with color or style), we will charge a 15% restocking fee, and the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including the return address and packaging guidelines.
Please return the product according to the instructions provided. Please note that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Due to their nature, certain types of products are not eligible for return:

For example, steering wheels and rims explicitly marked as customized products cannot be returned for non-quality issues.
Including gift cards, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

To ensure you get the product you want as quickly as possible, we recommend that you return the current item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
